SPPI’s latest industrial park, LISP IV, is designed as a true live-work community and includes a 170-hectare industrial area, a 5-hectare vibrant retail & institutional destination and a 37-hectare residential neighborhood located at the heart of Malvar, Batangas.

Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park

Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park (HEIP) is a 162-hectares industrial estate component of a 478-hectare mixed-use property development in the province of Bataan by the Hermosa Ecozone Development Corporation.

The project is a registered Special Economic Zone (Ecozone) under the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).
